Plating on Plastic's Quality Control
With 3 massive electroplating chemical tanks working and handling all the production, and 160 employees, quality control is critical. Excellent quality control comes from systematic and standardized production procedures, that's why CYH insisted on obtaining all the certifications and test equipment. (ISO9001,ISO17025...) It allowed us to meet international buyers' requirements and our hard work paid off.
After a sequence of lab testing for product precision, assembly line and final quality controls are applied. For the quality control area, there are procedures include: Inspection → Cut Off The Tab → Grind The Tab Area → Wooden Skid / Gage → Wrap Parts → Label → Packing.
Our experience with world-leading auto parts suppliers, GM, Chrysler, Ford and Whirlpool allowed us to provide excellent plating on plastic - certified and qualified.
