1. Deposit Thickness
We can meet customer requests for plating different thickness of deposit. General plating thickness: Copper ≥ 20μm Nickel ≥ 25μm Chromium ≥ 0.25μm.
2. Performance of Significant Surface of Deposit
2.1 Accelerated corrosion resistance (CASS test) 5 times of 16 hour CASS cycles (80 hours), grade 9 or above.
2.2 Active sites 15,000 ~ 20,000/sq.cm.
3. Adhesion Test of Metallic Coatings
The plated deposit has no wrinkle, blister or peel from the plastic substrate, molded parts pass three thermal cycles as follows:
a. 1 hour in air at 85°C.
b. 30 minutes at room temperature.
c. l hour in air at -35°C.
d. 30 minutes at room temperature.
